MGG is solidifying its vision through a clear, phased growth roadmap and has already proven its capabilities by achieving key milestones. MGG's journey begins with laying the foundation for the ecosystem, with the ultimate goal of creating an autonomous, community-driven digital economy.
A Phased Growth Strategy: Realizing the Vision
MGG's roadmap is composed of four organic phases. Each phase builds upon the success of the previous one, serving as a stepping stone to drive growth for the next.
Foundation Building and Core Mechanism Activation (Completed)
This phase was dedicated to laying the groundwork for the MGG ecosystem and marking a stable beginning. In March 2025, MGG successfully launched and stabilized the MIMBO NODE—the sole method for issuing $MGG tokens—and in doing so, perfectly laid the foundation for transparent and fair token distribution. This was the first major achievement that demonstrated to the market that MGG is a project that delivers on its promises. Furthermore, by building prototypes for core services like the MGG Arena and forming initial partnerships, we have established the technical and business groundwork for future growth.
User Acquisition and MGG Arena Activation (Currently in Progress)
MGG is currently focused on Phase 2, which is designed to ignite the ecosystem's core consumption engine. The successful launch of the MGG Arena is the top priority for this phase. Through initial games like 'Bomb-Passing' and 'Territory Conquest,' we will introduce users to the new kind of fun that Web3 gaming offers and officially activate the 'Play-to-Burn' engine. We will lead explosive user acquisition by leveraging our innovative Auto-Matching Agent system to lower the barrier to entry for new users and by introducing a referral strategy that encourages the community's voluntary expansion.
Ecosystem Expansion and Diversification (Next 1-3 years)
Once the user base is secured, MGG will officially expand the scope and influence of its services. We will advance the features of the CryptoPalace Membership Card to introduce direct $MGG payments and expand our global network of merchants to strengthen our connection with the real economy. Simultaneously, we will release an SDK (Software Development Kit) and API, allowing external developers to freely build their own games or dApps on the MGG ecosystem. This will be a decisive inflection point that evolves MGG from a single-game platform into an open platform that embraces diverse content.
Deepening Decentralization and Autonomous Growth (Long-term Vision)
MGG's ultimate goal is to hand over control of the project to the community. In this phase, we will fully introduce an on-chain governance system, allowing $MGG holders to directly participate in the ecosystem's major policy decisions through voting. Ultimately, MGG will transition into a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), operated by the community's collective intelligence without a centralized entity. This will realize the true ideals of Web3 and complete a structure where the ecosystem grows eternally on its own power.

Our robust token economy, extensive user base, and user-friendly development tools (SDK/API) will attract innovative game developers worldwide. They can showcase their creative games and earn stable revenue by sharing platform fees. Players will enjoy a wide variety of high-quality PVP games, such as racing, strategy simulations, and battle arenas within the MGG ecosystem. This will enrich MGG's content and create a virtuous cycle of user growth.
